The Learning Edge Teacher Training, Education & Research (LETTER) Academy is an initiative of Learning Edge India Pvt.Ltd., who are founders of Little Elly Preschool, a network of 100+ preschools and pioneers in the field of Education for more than 10 years. LETTER is an autonomous Teachers Training division. Various training programs for teachers are offered under this division. Other verticals are within the company are Little Elly Preschool, Glentree academy – k-12 school and Elly Child Care

All the programs offered under LETTER are currently approved by Bharat Sevak Samaj, a developmental agency, Govt. of India.
Our programs are completely hands on, which is conducted in a school environment. The courses are offered under credit system. So, transfer of credits are always possible, if the student decides to do more than one certification. All the courses comprise of school visits and practical training which includes internship.
The monitored Internship Program (MIP), gives complete hands on training and happens to be a good work experience for all the student-teachers. LETTER Academy’s placement cell provides, 100% placement assistance. Upon successful completion of the training and based on the merit, most of the students are observed into our preschools, main stream schools & child care facilities.
Our experienced trainers make the classroom session highly interactive. The learning in the classroom is completely activity based with regular assignments and projects. There is minimal of 50 hours of internship. For successful completion of the course, the students are required to clear written examination and present their projects.
Diploma programs are 8 to 10 months’ duration & certification programs are 50 hours each.
Currently, weekend and weekday classes are available. Online and distance education options are available for working teachers.

Once the prospective student decides to enrol into the course, the necessary documents should be submitted along with the filled application form. The documents include photocopies of her educational degrees, employment letter if she is working and necessary photographs.
Graduation is required for Diploma in Preschool & Primary school certification. For only Preschool Diploma, 12th /PUC pass with good command over English is sufficient. Certification programs are offered to working teachers only.
Once fee paid will not be refunded.

Yes. The completed credits will be considered. But, the candidate cannot take more than 1 year from the time of discontinuation.
At any point of time, if organization comes to know that any student trainee indulges in act of malpractice and plagiarism to complete the course, severe legal action will be taken and the result will be suspended, if the candidate is found guilty of Malpractice. The organization also takes legal steps if the records submitted by the student along with the application form is found to be fake.

The organization is committed in providing a safe and healthy setting to all the student trainees, visitors, staff and sub-staffs. Most of the training facilities are equipped with CCTV cameras with recording facility.
The students can register a complaint with management if she comes across any issues and appropriate action will be taken depending upon the situation.
The courses are verified by experienced content developers with extensive teaching experience and will be updated regularly with the inputs from advisors.
