Mrs.Sowmia Raguraman

Sowmia Raguraman has been associated with the Learning Edge family since 2008.She is currently the Dean of Academics, LETTER. She has over ten years of experience in the field of education in India. She is passionate towards early childhood development.She has volunteered in many Early Childhood Centers in USA, too. She holds a Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in community nutrition and child development along with a bachelorette degree in education (B. Ed). She is a Certified Nutrition Consultant from PCDI, Georgia, Atlanta. Sowmia is attached to a non-profit organization to impart spiritual Training and Education to the Teaching Community.

Preeti is the Founder and Director of Little Elly Preschools. She is the guiding force for all LETTER programs. She has over 18 years of rich experience as an educationist of which over 12 years are in pre-school leadership positions. She is an acclaimed early childhood educator and a trained Montessorian. She strives to create effective teaching methods in suitable learning environments.

Mrs. Preeti Alva

Preeti Alva is the Zonal Head of Little Elly, the preschool division of Learning Edge India Pvt Ltd. She leads the team of zonal co-ordinators who manage all Little Elly centres across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. She also conducts in-house training programs. Preeti and her team are responsible for the efficient administrative functioning and curriculum implementation at the centres. She has wide experience in the preschool industry. She has worked as school co-ordinator and was a zonal co-ordinator prior to her current role with the company. She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Mysore University.

Mrs.Rachana Heda

Rachana holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Education. She brings with her almost two decades of experience in the field of education. For the past five years, she has been associated with Glentree schools as a content developer, curriculum coordinator, and presently she is the Head of the Academics for the Glentree Schools. She believes that in education lies the power that can provide opportunities to develop and nurture every child and help them realise their true potential. Being a passionate educator, her drive is to foster a love of learning and the capacity to learn in every student.
